What's your favorite HTML editor?

Adobe Dreamweaver is a very nice HTML editor to use and fully featured with everything a web designer could need to design professional look websites very quickly. Though considering the $399 price tag, it might be out of budget for some.

What's your favorite free or paid HTML editor for building a website?

I don't like offline HTML editors. I've used them before and they just don't work for me. I've used an online HTML editor and it works much better. It's just the way that I learned how to build websites and it continues to be the thing that works for me.

HTML editors are the worst. I have used a couple and I couldn't stand them. Notepad is useless too, use a linux text editor like emacs or vim if you really want to code up your website faster...
