w3school is best for learning CSS, HTML, PHP etc. you can also get certificate from them I want to learn HTML

If you're learning html you must check if it's valid html once coded you can use w3 validator for the check hope this helps I want to learn HTML

As other have said, W3Schools is a great place to start learning HTML, I used it myself many, many years ago when I was first starting out. I also found downloading free HTML templates and modifying them from what I could find on W3Schools was a great way to learn.

Also don't forget about CSS, HTML holds very little value anymore without CSS as a counterpart.
