Creating forms in HTML is simple. I have watched the video but not complete as my net is slow. The form you have created is quite right and simple. You can create multiple forms also in a single page.

hi,
creating forms in html is very easy .very similar to creating forms in java, for creating forms in html there is a option called forms which you have to insert in between html tags it has various attributes like textfield,button etc

Any simple HTML tutorial can explain very thoroughly how to make forms. It's really pretty simple.

When using PHP, it's simple too to have the form results emailed to you, or stored in a database.

Nice tutorial, but this tutorial focuses more on UI but not on event handling. I would love to see a tutorial which talks about event handling.
