I wanna transfer a .zip file from my one host to another

Hello Guys,
I was having a php script in which I just have to add the URL of the file and that file is download to my webhost. I was using that script for transferring my data from one web host to another but by mistake I misplaced that script.
So anybody have that script?
See its function:
I create a file like import.php, in which I will place that script and I have to add the URL of backup file somewhere in script like abc.com/123/backup.zip
So when I open my new domain import.php file like: xyz.com/import.php, it automatically downloads the backup.zip file to the new server.

Please help..
