How To use .htaccess File for redirect in WP

Hello everyone.

Can any one tell me How To use .htaccess File for redirect in WordPress CMS. i like to redirect one URL to other.

Is it a plugin you are after?
If your editing the .htaccess file manually, then you will have to have your file manager / transfer to Show Hidden Files.
