I want to create a custom tool for creating Spintax, similar to this one: getspintax.com
I prefer it to be online app like this one. Looks easy to make, but I need to know in what programming language it's made, so I can know where to look for developers.
Looks to just be PHP and Javascript for that website based on functionality and index being index.php. Appears to be as simple as taking the input list, splitting it up and then adding in those characters so should be very easy for you to find a developer to take it on. Cool little tool.
