When you create new pages/sites is your first concern the user experience?

I'd think the home page would be most important as it gives a preview for the rest of the site and entices the site visitor to explore more.

It should be UX. But, most think of how to turn the site into a profit.
A site will never turn profit until you have a good UX, even if you are selling free drugs ;)
