    Java and C #, is likely to be dominant for almost everything.

    I think PHP, it's pretty much limitless and easy to learn. Java and C# is a bit harder.

    I don't know ! I mean next year you might see introduction of new language and it has more advanced features than any of the current programming language have. But if you want me to choose one of the options, I would choose php
