Unique Web form to collect information and fill 4 web forms (in 4 different pages)

I need a Web form to collect information in a single step and fill 4 web forms (in 4 different pages). The current web is using the following schema:

• 1st web form to create the user
  
• 2nd web form to confirm the data entered
  
• one link click is needed to go to 3rd form
  
• 3rd web form to include one item in a shopping chart (click 1 button)
  
• one link click is needed to go to 4rd form
  
• 4rd web form to confirm shopping chart content (click 1 button)
  

Please, easy to mantain and extensible (maybe registration process will need additional steps)
