basicly its just an Image uploader with watermark feature.

steps i want to have:
1, select image
2. upload image
3, move the watermark around/resize it.
4, save the image to server, and give link's (bbcode html code etc.)
you only need to make the script, and i will design it 
i will give you credits on the site + 20$.
you must be able to code.
