The virus attacks the phone not the app. I haven't heard of a virus attacking some app, yet.

do u got what i said? i said some apps maybe comes with viruses and to remove it without effected phone

Okay, now I got you. The apps that come with malware are prevalent more than ever nowadays, I dunno a way to detect if an app has got some virus. These guys have become very smart nowadays. Even the most popular app might come with a malware.

any ideas how to protect your phone from those and how to clean without get effected,

Type in google the app's name and virus and check all the results. It works most of the time.
