Is the Clerks User Hover Tab made using Javascript?

So when you are on the SEO Clerks, Code Clerks, or Listing Dock marketplace and hover over another member's username, a small box appear that allow you to follow them, etc.. Is this done by JavaScript?

Yes the hover tab is made using query plugin . and yes about forum the box that popups is called a popup or a modal . you can get various jQuery plugins to make a cool modal . Google this .
