How to "live stream" youtube videos on website?

If you know instasynch.com, it allows users to "stream" youtube videos for their audiences. i am looking to do this on my new website, streamzers. However, can't figure out how.

Basically, I need the code that allows it so that a video is playing on it's own, and when that video ends... a NEW video plays right after it. Everyone is watching the same type of video, with the same position in the video, etc.
