Why does uBot crash so often?

I've built a lot of bots using uBot and they *mostly* work well for me. When I sell them though, a lot of people claim they crash often. Sometimes it doesn't work at all on the clients computer and renders my program useless for them. It causes problems because I have to refund orders.... Usually a browser.exe crash problem.

Anyone know why it crashes so often?

Do you mean the browser.exe crashing problem or in general? I get the browser.exe problem crashing popup on a lot of my scripts but haven't been able to find a solution to it yet. Make sure you are using the "close page" command which actually closes the browser (and terminates browser.exe). If not, you might be leaving unwanted browser sessions open.
