A Linker, for Favorite Websites, Catches URLs from IE and uses XML

I coded a linker for me to save important URL's and description by its category. Also categories can be colored and interface is user friendly.

Program uses XML to store website and categories. Dynamically websites and categories can be added. Also when a new website want to be added, you don't have to type or copy/paste URL. It catches URL from Internet Explorer, but unfortunately not others.
