PHP Script - Order Product To Set Date

Hi,

I need a very, very basic PHP script (nothing fancy at all) to allow customers to place orders of products (not pay) to pick-up on a specific date.

I'd need to be able to see the persons name, date they collect etc. through an admin back-end page, again, nothing fancy at all simple "3 orders to collect view details below" type thing.

Log-in function for admin
Customer place orders of products to specific date for pick-up
Price of products
Admin-end to view upcoming pick-ups, price etc.
