I want a pay per download(PPD) script like uploads.com, fileice.net or sharecash.org. i'm looking to start my new PPD, and i want it to be very unique including a good design.

What I want from you is to build a website is this:

->Login
->Register
->User CP
->About Us
->FAQ
->Forum
->Blog

For the forum you can just put a button to a link...I can make the forum with mybb or phpbb.

Requirements

I want the script to be easy to install and to be easily modified.
On the User CP page I want to have a chat, that only users who have made a certain amount of $ can use it. This amount be editable by the admin on the admin page.

This script should work with CPALead and other cpa websites.
The gateway can be set by the admin on the admin page.
The earnings of users should be shown in their User CP under an earnings tab.
There should be a payout tab also where on the first of the month users can request payments for the last month.
The admin should be able to set on the admin page the percentage of gains that a user gets from a referral from a survey that was completed to download and from premium acounts that were bought using his affiliate link.

The script should have a premium account option for users that want to download files without completing a survey. Users should be able to buy the premium account for 1 day 1 week 1 month 1 year. The cost of the premium package should be set by admin on admin page.

I think this should be all.

Note : More features + better looking than Sharecash and FileIce would be my goal.
