I own a Samsung Android, and I'm currently having issues with trying to complete an order.
My customer ordered my Amazon review listing, and this required I download the app on my phone.
I downloaded the Amazon store, in order to go any further, and I have been hitting brick walls ever since... I was hoping someone could give me a little bit of guidance here...
I go to download the app and it states "please check your billing address and payment method are from a supported country" The app was free... At first I thought it was because the address was a UK one, so I went over to BOTH .com and .ca and had received the SAME response. I have update my poor customer plenty, and he provided me with a APK file to try. I had no idea what an APK file was until I couldn't open it on laptop, then I looked it up online and seen it was for Android Apps. Happily I went back on my phone to open it... And of course... It won't open...
Am I doing something wrong here? Is there something wrong with my phone? What am I missing? I hope this is something I can resolve soon because I only have a couple more days left to fulfill the order, and I would like to get more orders with this listing...
I had a request from another potential customer for the same listing, and I even tried to get the app just to see... And nothing... Not sure. I'm hoping there is a solution.
