Issuer.in allows you to create, manage, import and export languages files for any php application written in Codeigniter. It is a full web application which makes easier to translate entire websites or applications, managing its language key/value pairs and exporting to language files format.
Through the application it is also possible to invite people to contribute with your website or application translations, sign up using your facebook* or google plus* accounts or using an e-mail and password.
* In order to use the Facebook or Google Plus API you must have application registered to their respective API usage systems.
