However this was a largish order for 7 articles and when delivered I was not 100% happy as they did not seem up to the usual standard. I let the seller know i was unhappy and unlike most sellers on here did not pick a fight and start an argument but apologized and promised to re-write them. Polite the whole way and did exactly as promised having just sent all articles re-written & revised for which are great articles that I am more than happy with.
