Gephi Graph on Wp site

Hi, I need a gephi graph (a sphere) in real time linked to a DB.
Inside the DB there will be:
- problem and solution

User can write PROBLEM and SOLUTION
and all infos are in the real time Gephy Graph in the HP of the site.
