The Plaza Management System deals with the management of apartments within a big plaza. Usually, to keepa record of people living in plaza systems is difficult. It often becomes very hard to be updated about the informationof people living within the plaza. The management must need to know about the payment status of each house. The Plaza Management System has been developed keeping in mind the above problem. The Plaza
Management System contains the information of the houses in three categories; the rent apartments, the owned
apartments, and the luxury apartments. The management system contains the detailed information of the houses and
their billing status. It holds the information about each house including its size, owner name, and several other
attributes. The system has log-in functionality so that only authorized people can have access to the system. The
system is very user-friendly as it has GUI interface. Every house registered in the system has a unique house ID and
address. It contains the screens that view the inner look of every house. Rent houses may or may not be reserved.
That’s why the system also displays the availability status of each rent house. The system can also display the details
of each house including the owner name, house ID, and address, total area (sqft.), and facing direction of the house.
The system displays the rules and regulations provided by the management of the plaza. The rules must be followed
in order to maintain the discipline in the plaza. The management system allows you to generate the slip of current
status of any house within the plaza. It stores the data for two months. The user is allowed to choose month by a
drop-down selection menu and the status related to that month will be displayed. The slip generated by the system
contains the time and date as well. The slip displays the amount of every bill along with the status that whether it is
paid or not. Another screen in the system deals with the entries of the payment with respect to unique house ID. It
allows you to submit the payment of your bills including electricity bill, water bill, gas bill, parking charges, and
maintenance charges. By entering the house ID along with the entity you want to pay, the system will show you the
due amount. The system will be updated and on again generating the slip, the slip will contain the updated values.
The system also possesses the ability to register complains. Complains will be submitted regarding the house ID.
The system also shows complain and responds that whether complain is resolved or not. Thus the system is like a
package comprised of all details needed to maintain discipline in plaza. It also provides opportunity to keep an eye
on people not paying their dues regularly thus allowing it easier to take steps against such people.
