Member Details Window (on Hover Over Username) for my Forum.

I have a Xbox Forum: XboxLiveFan.org.
What i want to happen is that when members hover over another members username, i want a window to appear just like it does here on Code Clerks.

The places that this Hover Window will work on the Usernames is..

• Next To Forum Posts
  
• Next To Blog Entries & Replies
  
• On The Forum Index, in Categories & Forums.

Requirements

Hover / Pop Up Window Action Requirements..

• Window Will Appear on Hover, then Disappear when cursor is moved away from over the member username.
  
• While hover (and window showing) if the mouse is clicked, the member details window will remain there even when the cursor is no longer over the username, clicking again will then make the window disappear.
  

Hover / Pop Up Window Details..

• Will Display Member Username.
  
• Will Display Member Post Count.
  
• Will Display Member Blog Entry Count.
  
• Will Display Member Avatar.
  
• Will Include Add Friend / Remove Friend Buttons (Only One Showing)
  

I may ask for some other things to be included, but will do so before you start the work as to be sure were agreed on it.
