    <![CDATA[I have built a Windows application which works very much like the well known Notepad app from Windows. Its main difference from the original Notepad app is that it can use the SAPI capabilities provided by Windows to read out what you have typed.
I can provide both the executable file and the Delphi Source code upon request.
